Submit a Scholarship

Do you run a scholarship, fellowship, or grant for international students? We would like to hear about it. Fully Funded Scholar lists fully funded scholarships from universities, governments, and recognized funding bodies around the world. If your program fits, we will consider it for a free listing.

Who Can Submit

Universities, government agencies, foundations, and other recognized organizations can submit a scholarship for listing. We also welcome submissions from official representatives of a program, such as a university admissions office or a scholarship office. We do not accept submissions from agents who charge students a fee, or from individuals who are not connected to the program.

What to Include

To help us review your program quickly, please include the following details in your message:

  • The official name of the scholarship.
  • The name of the university, government, or organization that funds it.
  • The official link to the scholarship page or the call for applications.
  • The application deadline, including the year and the time zone if one applies.
  • What the funding covers, such as tuition, a monthly stipend, travel, housing, and health insurance.
  • The degree levels covered, such as Bachelor, Master, or PhD.
  • The subjects or fields of study covered.
  • Who can apply, including eligible nationalities and any age or grade requirements.
  • The required documents and the steps to apply.
  • A contact name and email address at your organization in case we have questions.

If some details are not final yet, say so. We would rather list a program with a note that the next cycle has not been announced than publish a date we cannot confirm.

The Listing Is Free

There is no charge for a listing. We do not ask providers to pay to appear on this site, and we do not charge students to read our listings. A free listing means we can stay independent and choose programs based on their value to students, not on who pays us.

Every Submission Is Verified Before Publishing

We check every submission against the official scholarship page before we publish it. We confirm the program exists, that the deadline and funding details are correct, and that the application link opens the official page. If we cannot verify a detail, we will ask you for the official source before we publish. We may also edit the wording of a listing to fit our style and to keep it clear for readers. We will not publish a program we cannot verify.

Please allow a few working days for the review. If your program is a good fit and the details check out, we will publish a guide and let you know the link. If we decide not to list a program, we will tell you why.

What Happens After Publishing

Once a guide is published, we keep it updated. If your deadline moves, your funding changes, or a new cycle opens, please let us know and we will update the article. Keeping the details current helps your program reach the right students and helps students trust the information they read.
