Report Incorrect Information
We work hard to keep every article on Fully Funded Scholar accurate, but scholarship programs change often and mistakes can slip through. If you spot an error on any page, please tell us. Reader reports are one of the fastest ways we learn about a change, and we are grateful for every report we receive.
What You Can Report
You can report any error you find. Common examples include a deadline that has moved, a funding amount that has changed, an eligibility rule that is no longer correct, a required document that has been added or removed, a broken link, a university name that is spelled wrong, or a program that has closed. You can also report a page that says a scholarship is open when it has already closed, or a page that is missing a clear status for the current cycle.
You can also tell us about a scholarship that is listed under the wrong country, the wrong degree level, or the wrong subject. If you find a factual error of any kind, we want to know about it.
What to Include in Your Report
To help us check and fix the error quickly, please include these details in your message:
- The full URL of the page where you found the error.
- What is wrong, in your own words. Quote the sentence or the figure if you can.
- The correct information, as far as you know it.
- A link to the official source that shows the correct information, such as the official scholarship page or the official call for applications. This is the most helpful part of a report, because it lets us verify the fix right away.
- Your name, if you are happy to share it. You do not have to share it. Anonymous reports are welcome.
If you are not sure what the correct information is, tell us what looks wrong and why. Even a short note helps. We will check it against the official source ourselves.
How to Report
Send your report by email to fullyfundedscholar@gmail.com. Please use the subject line “Correction” followed by the name of the scholarship or the page, so your message is easy to find. You can write in any language you are comfortable with. We will read every report.
What Happens After You Report
When we receive a report, we read it and check the detail against the official scholarship page. If the report is right, we correct the article promptly and, where it matters, note the change on the page. If the official page is unclear or if the program has not announced the new cycle yet, we update the article to say that the reader should check the official call for the current details.
If a report turns out to be based on an older version of the official page, or if the detail is correct as written, we leave the article as it is. We do not change an article based on a claim we cannot verify from an official source.
Response Time
We aim to check every report within a few working days and to fix confirmed errors promptly. During busy periods, such as the weeks before a major deadline, it may take a little longer. If the error affects a deadline or an application link, we treat it as urgent and fix it first.
Thank You
Thank you for taking the time to help us keep this site accurate. Students rely on these pages to plan their applications, and your report can save someone from missing a deadline or preparing the wrong documents. We appreciate it.
