Editorial Policy

Fully Funded Scholar exists to help students find real, fully funded scholarships. This policy explains how we choose what to publish, how we check our facts, and how we keep our content honest. We publish this policy so readers can judge our work for themselves.

What We Publish

We publish guides to scholarships, fellowships, and grants that cover tuition and living costs for students who want to study abroad. We also publish practical guides about applications, motivation letters, interviews, documents, and student visas. Every article is written to answer the questions a real applicant would ask: who can apply, what the funding covers, what documents are needed, how to apply, and when the deadline falls.

We do not publish scholarships that charge applicants a fee to apply through a third party. We do not publish programs we cannot verify on an official page. We do not publish rumors, social media claims, or listings copied from other websites without checking the source.

How Scholarships Are Chosen

We choose scholarships based on their value to readers, not on who pays us. We look for programs that are open to international students, that cover a large share of the cost of study, and that come from a university, a government, or a recognized funding body. We give priority to programs with clear rules and a public official page where a student can read the full terms and apply.

We do not accept payment for a listing. No university or organization can pay to have its scholarship listed, featured, or ranked higher on this site. If we ever run advertising in the future, it will be clearly labeled, and it will not affect which scholarships we list or how we write about them.

How Facts Are Verified

Before we publish a scholarship guide, we read the official scholarship page, the official call for applications, or the official university page for that program. We check the deadline, the degree levels, the subjects covered, the funding package, the eligible nationalities, the eligibility rules, the required documents, and the application steps against that official source.

Where a detail varies by course, by country, or by year, we say so in the article and point the reader to the official page for the exact figure. We do not guess at amounts or dates. If we cannot verify a detail from an official source, we do not publish it as a fact. We either leave it out or clearly say that the reader should check the official call.

How Updates and Corrections Work

Scholarship programs change. A deadline moves, a funding amount changes, or a program closes. We re-check our published guides on a regular basis and update them when we learn about a change. When we update an article, we correct the facts and note the change where it matters.

Readers can also report an error. When a reader tells us that a detail is wrong, we check it against the official source and fix the article promptly. You can find out how to report an error on our Report Incorrect Information page.

No Invented Deadlines or Amounts

We never invent a deadline, a funding amount, a university name, or an application link. Every deadline and amount in our articles comes from an official source or is clearly marked as an estimate from a past cycle with a note to check the current call. Every application link points to the official page of the scholarship provider or the university. We do not create fake listings to fill the site.

Original Writing

All articles on this site are written in our own words. We read official sources to learn the facts, then we explain them in plain, natural language. We do not copy text from other websites, and we do not rewrite other sites’ articles. Where we quote a rule or a requirement, we keep it short and link to the official page so the reader can see the full text.
